I started my real estate career fresh out of high school and I have been with the same company ever since. They say that if you can survive the first two years of the business then you're a realtor for life. I strongly agree that the first two years were definitely the hardest. I am now going on my 6th year in the business and I absolutely love my job. Due to hard work this career has given me the opportunity to purchase my own home and several other investment properties. I am very fortunate that this career has blessed me with such success and an overall feeling of self worth.
My fiance and I enjoy spending time with our son Gabriel Michael Fehrenbacher born 4-20-2010 our three dogs Jasmine (Chihuahua), Luna( Boston Terrier/Pug) & Riiley(Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher). We also like to go rock climbing together at North Summit climbing gym in Wind Gap. Some of my passions include cooking, dancing, Texas Hold'em, real estate investing and also spending time with my friends and family.
My approach to working with clients is pretty simple. I believe that you should treat everyone the same way you would like to be treated. My business is based on being educated and aware of the ever changing trends in the real estate world. I also feel that a realtor should be someone you can trust, someone that is reliable, experienced and competent. My attitude towards work is get it done now instead of later because a few hours can mean the difference between making and breaking someone's dream. I do not do personal advertising because most of my business comes from past clients or referrals from my friends and family. To make it in this business you must focus on developing strong long term relationships with each and every client. These relationships will ultimately lead to a long self rewarding and successful career.
